I have a bunch of domain names cash parked right now. I got worried though looking at one site that shows website ages and saw many of mine had few months or + – ect. Is it ok to cash park I see some domains have just a few words on a page ..so they I guess are gaining age as a “website” will my domain registered time add the most value ? Please help – also will the cash parking show up as website on domain look up for website ages eventually?
Thanks so much!

The best way to add value is to add content. Naturally that can be painstaking, so you have the option of short cutting this some. An empty site has little value and relying on resale is going to be tricky. Have you ever heard of any of the following CMS systems?
Joomla
PHPNuke
PHPBB
etc? I have a copy running on my server below of Joomla. Being a windows based server, it does not like most of the CMS programs, though I am still trying everyday to get them running on my other paid servers. Here’s the deal, get one that has the feel of the sites name, and install it. They are really simple and make the site look close to being usable, rather than empty. Hope this helps
