I would however recommend that you pick a hosting company first to go with, and then register through them for simplicity, rather than mucking around with transfers and the like. One I have heard some good things about ishttp://www.hostgator.com/
The domains from there are $15.00 each compared to under $5.00 in some of the other examples, however they are a more reputable company and their hosting to host your site starts at around $8.00 a month which is very good value.

I didn’t quite understand what your question is about. You’re looking for a web hosting company that allows domain name purchase, and wanting a more “professional” look for your site? Are you using a company that charges you an arm and a leg every month, and they basically leave you high and dry to design your site? I ask that because that’s what I “believe” you may be doing just looking at your website and your question about a webhosting site that allows domain name purchase at a reasonable price. If I’m wrong, I apologize.
I have a customer right now that was dealing with a company that charged them $80/month basically for hosting, and that’s ridiculous. I would recommend you get your domain from whoever you bought it from. IF you bought it from a company whom I’m referring to then you should call them and tell them you’re going to host it somewhere else, they’ll probably charge you about $35. After you did that, you should find a cheap hosting company. Many choose godaddy. After you get the hosting you should find a web designer and have your site “professionally” made. It’s better to pay for quality work once, rather than be charged by some company that’ll charge you outrageous prices and you end up having to worry about designing your website.
