Can Anyone Recommend A Good Domain Name Provider That Offers Decent Space & Hosting?

I’d like to set up my own website, and I know there are a lot of options out there. Where is the best place to register my ‘dotcom’ name? I’d like for them to have decent hosting options, something not TOO pricey. I’m good with web design, so I don’t need anything with one of those ‘easybuilder’ options. Somewhere I can upload various HTML pages and other various files.

Hello I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in signing up to an online company that you sell memberships to the company and the company provideds domain names and hosts the website. You than get a percentage of the memberships that you sell. As the memberships are paid monthly as you sell more you can start to make a steady income. I know this is a legit opportunity so please dont post telling me it is a scam or offering me other home based businesses I just need to know if people would be interested in a company like this to see if it is worth me signing up full time. Okay I saw Zlio mentioned several times in answers about money on yahoo Answers.
So being somewhat cynical I have joined up and opened a pet product store pamperedpup. My kid opened a store to for selling music stuff.
I read a couple of general web reviews from googling information and they didn’t say if they made money only how easy it is to set up… 5 minutes they said…
Well that is true for basic but it takes a lot of work to complete all the modules and add product. I am wondering if it is worth it. I didn’t buy domain name becaues I am not wanting to sink any money in unless it will pay off.
It is already showing up in google which is good – along with lot of other actual websites that sell directly not like (commision of products)
Being cynical I am now wondering if ANYONE has made money from Zlio or a website that is like it?

Does Anyone Know How To Publish A Website Through Namo Webcreator?

I don’t know if this is even a question that can be answered through yahoo answers but it is worth a shot. I have designed my website, I have a host and domain name but I don’t understand how to publish it. It keeps taking me around in circles. Also I designed it on my laptop which doesn’t have internet so I need to transfer it to one that does. I tried to save it to a CD but it wouldn’t recognize it. Any help (but not sarcastic answers, please) would would be great! THANKS!

I currently use Piczo.com to make a website, and I guess now we can get a domain name and “point” it to our piczo site to have just ourpiczositename.com instead of ourpiczositename.piczo.com.
So, I was wondering if doing that is easy, and do I just purchase a name and thats pretty much it?

Hi. I am interested in a domain name – but it is taken already and expires early 2009. I wanted to know if anyone knew any good websites to where you can backorder domain names. And if so, is it a guarantee if say the person who has the domain name right now, if he/she doesn’t renew it next year, will I get that domain name if I place a backorder now? Or is it just like a lottery where anyone who places a backorder can get that domain name?
