We had a domain name we don’t use anymore and since GeoCities is going away we decided to cancel it, but they charged us before we were able to cancel it. Now they say the “can’t” refund the money because it has already cleared the bank. The money hasn’t “officially” cleared the bank. What should we do? Is there anything we can do?
