if you think you’ve done everything right you should contact Wix for advice, email them or whatever, and give them the domain name you are trying to link to it, they should be able lookup the DNS on your domain to see you have done it correctly. Also it potentially may be a problem caused by Wix that only they can fix.

No idea what ‘Premium Wix’ is – you really expect everyone to know what you’re talking about? Is this some hosting company – if so, just get the nameserver details from them, log into your 123 account and change the nameservers – that’ll point the domain to the other hosting company which, assuming you’ve registered an account to use that domain name, there’ll be a vHost waiting to route your domain traffic to your hosting account.
