How Much Do I Offer For A Domain That’s For Sale?

I want to buy a domain that is just myname.com. Someone already owns it and is selling it on sedo.com but I don’t know what to offer for it.
It shows this for ranking/popularity:
Google PageRank™: 0/10
Alexa Traffic Rank: 0
Incoming Google Links: 0
Incoming Yahoo Links: 0
Overall Incoming Links: 0 (Overlap is possible – Estimated 0 unique links)
Outgoing Links: None Found – No PR Passed [ View Outgoing Link History ]
It’s my name so I definitely want it, but it doesn’t look like it’s worth a lot of money. How much should I offer for it?

If it expires soon, trying grabbing it before the person who currently owns it renews (which they probably won’t do since they’re looking to sell it).
    Read how here..

Domain costs are based on some if not all the attributes listed above. Seeing that the site values are all zero then you should only pay the actual cost to setup a new domain with maybe a commission to the person who has it for sale for initially setting it up.
Other than that I would only pay up to what I can afford depending on just how badly I want it.
