Does Digg.com Own The Word “digg” Or Can Anyone Use It For Domain Names, Etc?

I’m about to register a few domain names with the word “digg” in them and I need to know if that is illegal or not. Anybody know?

    Perhaps you should contact Digg’s customer support and ask if it would be alright to use the word “Digg” in a domain name.
