This is not a very good idea and personally I don’t think it worth it.
Why because, the other very similar domain is taken and right now is doing very well. Your site visitors are definably going to mistype those names. On the other hand you might be lucky to piggyback on that sites traffic.
Why pay for $2100 for a domain name when you can get one for less than ten dollars? Take your time and do some bit of research, you can really get a better name for the best deal
I don’t think it’s worth it. People will easily get your address confused and may end up buying from someone else.
