A Company Wants To Purchase My Domain Name. How Do I Figure Out What Its Worth?

I work for the company, and started the website on my own, it has become very popular with a significant amount of traffic. They have made me an offer to purchase it. How do I know if I’m getting fair value?

GoDaddy.com has an appraisal service in their domain aftermarket section. It would also help you negotiate with the company.

Checkout a website called http://www.sitepoint.com they buy/sell domain names there all the time. That will help get you started.
